So, while we wait, you're going to need lots of these printer papers in order to send out memos, create presentations, generate invoices, and more. Find the pack size, quality, and price that suits your home, business, or school from our comprehensive selection. Editor's Notes
January 04, 2021:
Most people don't put much thought into which printer paper they are buying it, but they should, as they all have different properties. For example, Hammermill 166140R has a 97 brightness rating, which means images and letters on it will look more crisp than on something like Georgia-Pacific Spectrum Standard, which has a 92 brightness rating. However, some may find that a lower brightness is easier on their eyes when reading through long, multi-page reports, so you should take into consider the application when choosing the best brightness for your needs. Sustainability should also be a factor, and both of the above options, along with Boise Polaris Premium, HP MultiPurpose20, Epson Bright White Pro, and Hammermill 150200C are all certified to be made following sustainable forestry practices. Printworks 100-Percent Recycled is another eco-friendly option, as it is made entirely from post-consumer, recycled food and beverage containers. While many on this list will work just fine for color printing jobs, Hammermill 166140R, Boise Polaris Premium, and HP MultiPurpose20 all feature ColorLok technology, which is said to produce more saturated colors, deeper blacks, and also offer faster drying times.

One might not think that there's a huge difference between one printer paper or another, but our list would prove that individual wrong, as many of our options are specifically made for certain jobs. An office that may need to store documents for decades to refer back to them later, such as a law office, may like HP MultiPurpose20, since it won't discolor or decrease in quality for years to come. Staples 26860-CC is another great option for those printing documents they'll need around for a while, as it also won't yellow with age. As for those creating vibrant and colorful things like promotional materials and fliers, Boise Polaris Premium has you covered. Its ColorLok technology will ensure you see almost no difference between the image on the screen, and what comes out on the paper. Hammermill 166140R also does an exceptional job on color-heavy documents. Those who want to look out for the environment will like Epson's Bright White Pro and Printworks 100-Percent Recycled.
