Editor's Notes

March 20, 2019:

When researching step ladders, safety and stability were of the utmost importance, plus we prioritized models that were lightweight so that any user could handle them by themselves. We still included the slightly hefty for it's size Little Giant 3-Step because of the very large steps and handrail, plus it does have casters to help users move it around. The Rubbermaid Ultra Light took the top spot because of its added functionality of the tool tray combined with its light weight that will make it functional for most.

4. Little Giant 3-Step

5. Louisville 3-Feet

6. Delxo Aluminum

7. Werner 150B

8. Winsome Wood 94022

9. Polder Mini

10. Living Sure Two Tier
