The former has an open-back design, while the latter has a closed-back configuration. This means the PC37X are going to let in more ambient noise but will have a more open soundstage, whereas the GSP 602 will produce a more immersive experience that cuts you off from the outside world. Those who work in call centers and other professional settings where they are on the phone all day will be well served by the Century SC 660 USB ML, SC 165, SC 135 USB-C, and SDW 5066. Of these, the SDW 5066 are the priciest, but they are the only wireless option, while the SC 135 USB-C and SC 165 are the lightest weight, with both coming in below 3.5 ounces. Depending on what you need it for, there's almost certainly a Sennheiser headset for you, and the models we've listed here all have some of the brand's finest microphone and dynamic driver technology. The SC 660 and 165 are both great if you spend a lot of time talking with clients or customers every day and want to make sure you're heard clearly, but if you need top-of-the-line functionality and can afford the investment, the SDW 5066 is also worth a look. If you can't afford to have both of your ears blocked all day, the SC 45 is one of their best low-cost single-sided options, though if you want their best (and most popular), check out the Presence Grey. It's been re-released multiple times now, and for good reason; it's widely regarded as one of their best products. The PC 5 is a good choice if you want to spend as little as possible but still get great quality, although it tends to pick up background noise and sometimes even the user's breathing (although you can mitigate that by adding a simple foam pop shield).
If you plan to enjoy your headset as much as you use it to work, the GSP 300 and 600 are two of their best gaming-focused models. The former is a good budget pick and the latter is for serious gamers only, thanks to its price, and they both work with computers as well as consoles. If you want to be able to listen to music and make calls without sacrificing the quality of either, the PXC 550 is almost certainly the best one.
