The 10 Best Key Organizers
This wiki has been updated 30 times since it was first published in October of 2017. If your collection of keys is getting a little bit out of hand, consider investing in a nifty organizer to keep them all together and readily accessible. Something from our selection will ensure you always know exactly where each one is, and they are a lot more compact and convenient than a cumbersome standard ring. Most aren't that expensive, either, and some are even quite stylish. When users buy our independently chosen editorial selections, we may earn commissions to help fund the Wiki.

Upon review, we have opted to keep the KeySmart Pro and the Clips Smart, although neither is without flaws. The KeySmart model is more complicated than most, which opens up the potential for frustration, while the latter choice isn't as robust as some pricier models. And we ultimately removed the KeyMate Compact Multitool and the Key Gear Smart Pocket over concerns relating to their long-term durability.
But when it comes to strength, ease of use, and longevity, it remains hard to beat the popular KeyBar Everyday Carry. True, the styling is on the simple side, without the business-friendly professional look of some others, including the Bellroy 2nd Edition and the Orbitkey Crazy Horse. On the other hand, it's reliable when set up correctly and can be extended to hold more keys, if needed. And speaking of Orbitkey, the Crazy Horse replaces the Orbitkey 2.0, since the leather used to make the Crazy Horse arguably ages better than that used in crafting the 2.0.
Finally, we added the Keyport Pivot, which can replace a range of keychain multitools, thanks to its customizable, modular format. Even better, it is bundled with a two-year subscription to the KeyportID service, which can help get your keys back to you if you should happen to lose them, assuming that the person who finds them is willing to visit the website and input the ID number.

Although we liked the design of the Loyal Logics and Ragu models, we decided to remove them due to ongoing problems with availability. We then took a hard look at the various KeySmart models, ultimately deciding to add the KeySmart Pro. It isn't perfect, because it tries to do a lot in a small space — some would say too much. On the other hand, it does have quite a few fans, especially among those who often lose things and need the Tile feature. We also selected the KeyBar Everyday Carry and the K-Addict by Cineik. They're both on the simpler side, which isn't necessarily a bad thing; they'll do what they're supposed to do without electronics that might break. Finally, we chose the Clips Smart, which may not be the most rugged but does come with plenty of extras.

Gatura Organizer An alternative to leather or metal models, the Gatura Organizer pairs a rugged Cordura pouch with a hard-wearing lanyard, both of which are offered in a wide range of colors. The fabric construction stops annoying jingling, while the lanyard loop makes it easy to attach to a carabiner or clip inside your bag. gaturadesign.com
Louis Vuitton 6 Key Holder As you may easily guess, the Louis Vuitton 6 Key Holder is far from inexpensive, but it has an elegance that most others can't match, whether you choose a monogram canvas version or a classic leather model. Hot stamp customization is available, if you'd like to personalize it for the recipient. us.louisvuitton.com
Left Field Design KeyClip Light The Left Field Design KeyClip Light is on the larger side, but that's because it holds cards and cash along with keys. Plus, the integrated light helps you get in the door late at night, and it's powered by a battery that offers over 24 hours of continuous run time. keyclipwallet.com
