This wiki has been updated 25 times since it was first published in November of 2017. Ideal for children aged five and up, or avid toy collectors, the whimsical WowWee Fingerlings are interactive toy creatures that may become your child's favorite new thing. Set in motion by voice, touch and sound, they blink, give sweet hugs, talk to you in their own playful language, and can even interact with each other. They come in a variety of aesthetically pleasing colors and designs. When users buy our independently chosen editorial choices, we may earn commissions to help fund the Wiki.

Editor's Notes

May 21, 2020:

While Fingerlings began as a collection of cute monkeys that clung to a child's finger, their popularity paved the way for expansion of the brand into an entire menagerie of creatures. For this update we included some of the more notable critters to join the line.

The most striking variation is the Untamed Radioactive collection of dinosaurs. They still grip the finger but are pretty bulky and their tails occupy more space as well. They're a good option if you want to include a child who doesn't like to play with sweet and cute-sy toys.

The Glitter Dragon is another beast, albeit a gentler version. With the glitter accents and classic tuft of hair on it's head, the dragon fits in well with a child's monkey collection and can even interact with them.

The Original Monkeys are still the essential basis of the entire line, but you can still find plenty of fun variations just in the monkey category. The Mini BFF Collection succeeds in making this toy even cuter, with its tiny matching companion. And the Fingerblings Glimmer takes the brand's glitter monkeys one step further, in allowing the child to bling-out the pet with the included gemstones strips.
