The beauty of these options is that they can be used as is if you're simply looking to better insulate your RV or boat's house battery system, but they can also be easily modified with things like disconnect switches, USB outlets, solar panels, and many other off-the-shelf components if you're trying to create a more advanced power system. For our selections we focused on specific sizes from each brand, but all three of these models are available in several common battery sizes.
If you would like to charge your phone or run 12-volt devices off of your battery but aren't interested in installing electrical components yourself, there are a few ready-made solutions on the market like the Newport Vessels Smart Power Center and the Universal Power Group 40790.
