New to the list, the Norpro Mini is a unique option that lets you make six tiny cakes. This is great for situations where you want to have each cake be a single serving.
Most of these pans have a similar shape with a distinctly flat top, but the Ballarini La Patisserie is rounder, creating a cake that's shaped like a giant donut. This can be a fun novelty for a party, especially if you decorate the top with the same icing and sprinkles that you might find on a regular donut.
Also added in this update, the TWSCVC Springform is a versatile choice that comes with two interchangeable bottoms. One turns it into a tube pan that can be used for angel food cake or bundts. The other is a flat circle that can be used for cheesecake, deep dish pizzas, spaghetti pie, and more. Because of the two-piece construction, this one can have some issues with leaking. However this is easily solved by wrapping aluminum foil around the bottom, so it can still be a good option for those looking to save space.
We removed the Farberware 52109 due to quality concerns. We also removed the Bakerdream Bundt and Cuisinart AMB-9TCP due to availability issues.

Selecting the best bakeware to meet your specific baking needs can be challenging, especially if you are in the market for a tube pan. These pans are specifically designed for angel food cakes, bundt cakes, and any other cake that requires that signature "hole in the middle."
When making your choice, you have to decide if you want a single pan or a two-piece model. Single styles, like the Nordic Ware Platinum, mean you do not have to worry about your batter leaking out, but cleanup can be a bit more difficult, especially if it is fluted, like the Wilton Perfect Results. The Chicago Metallic 16184 is a two-piece option that makes cake removal easier, but there is always the possibility of leakage. Here, we have found the best options available in both styles.
Our ranking for bundt pans might be another helpful option, and while you are researching pans, you can review our decorating sets, as well as our cake carriers, so you will be ready to bake, decorate, and transport.
