This wiki has been updated 21 times since it was first published in February of 2019. When you consider that a stability ball helps you build core strength, enhance balancing skills, tone muscles, and rehabilitate injuries, it’s no wonder this versatile piece of equipment has grown steadily in popularity. And its uses aren’t limited to physical training — some workplaces and schools have incorporated them as seating, too. Our selection includes models in numerous colors and sizes. When users buy our independently chosen editorial selections, we may earn commissions to help fund the Wiki.

Editor's Notes

February 12, 2019:

With beginners in mind, I made sure to put several models on the list that featured some sort of workout instructions or guidelines, including the Thinkfit Live, Pavandeep Pilates, Smarterlife Therapy, and UrbnFit Professional. While the PharMeDoc Home is effective as a chair, some users noted that it sits rather low to the ground, so if you plan on using it as a seat for a relatively tall desk, you may want to reconsider this model.

4. Trideer Office

5. Smarterlife Therapy

6. Pavandeep Pilates

7. Feierdun Gym

8. PharMeDoc Home

9. Bintiva Balance

10. ThinkFit Live
