The 10 Best Rolling Bowling Bags
This wiki has been updated 25 times since it was first published in November of 2018. Unlike most other ball sports, bowling requires the use of a very heavy piece of gear. Competitive players who prefer to use their own equipment, rather than use those at the lane, should check out these rolling bags, which come in a range of sizes and can hold one or more balls. Many are equipped with pockets and compartments for shoes, accessories, and personal items, too. When users buy our independently chosen editorial picks, we may earn commissions to help fund the Wiki.
Editor's Notes
September 16, 2020:
In selecting our rolling bowling ball bags, we looked for long-lasting materials, since these will carry particularly heavy contents, and we want them to survive years of traveling to and from the alley. We included a range of sizes so those who just want to carry one ball, or several, can find a good option. Additional storage compartments were a bonus, too.
Those looking to carry a bit more than just a ball might like the Elite Ace Single and the BSI 4205, both of which have several exterior pockets for accessories. The Brunswick Edge Double also has impressive storage capacity as it can hold a pair of size 17 men's shoes, which most others can't. Meanwhile, the Elite Deluxe 3-4-5 includes a separate tote that's just for extra belongings, so it caught our attention, not to mention that fact that it can also accommodate up to five balls.
On the durability front, we appreciated the steel bearings on the wheels of the Hammer Premium Stackable, along with its ABS base. The Storm S67127 has a heavy-duty frame, and the Kaze Sports VC-KSB-2BR has tough 840 denier nylon fabric. Unfortunately, the Storm Thunder shows scuffs and scratches too easily, so we eliminated it during this update.
In terms of impressive protection, the Kr Strikeforce Cruiser and the Pyramid Prime Double both have molded cups for your balls, as does the BSI 4205, which also sports a stabilizing strap.
Those who don't like to be limited in their ball options when traveling might like the Hammer Premium and the Storm S67127. We removed the Storm Signature to make room for the Elite Deluxe 3-4-5, because we like that the latter has the option to be expanded to hold one or two additional balls.

Made sure to include a few options, such as the Pyramid Prime and BSI Double, with carrying handles for extra versatility. The Pyramid Deluxe is a nice value when compared to other double models. Several user reports indicate that the additional storage space in the Storm Signature is considerable.
