Editor's Notes

March 08, 2019:

As a weightlifting tool, even a very basic hex bar is a highly versatile piece of equipment that can be used for upper body, lower body, and core lifts. One such example of this is the Body-Solid Chrome, which appeals to those who require nothing but a standard single-handle model for classic deadlifts, squats and shrugs. Also added several options — such as the Merax Power, HulkFit Lifting and Synergee Black — that feature two handles at different heights to accommodate a wider range of lifting styles. Included the TDS Hip as well, which is designed with a built-in stand to help users who may have difficulty initially lifting the bar off the ground. Removed the XMark Fitness 3686 due to reports of serious rusting issues, which could pose a safety threat in some situations. Also removed the Valor Fitness Ob-Hex and the Cap Custom Combo due to availability issues.

4. XMark Commercial

5. Day 1 Fitness Silver

6. HulkFit Lifting

7. Body-Solid Chrome

8. TDS Hip

9. Power Systems Bar

10. Merax Power
