This wiki has been updated 27 times since it was first published in November of 2017. Whether you're an occasional shooter or a competitive marksman, these backpacks from GPS will make your trips to the firing range or outdoor course a lot easier. They have enough space to hold multiple guns, ammo, accessories, and other gear, as well as locks to secure your weapons in keeping with your local laws. We've ranked them here by carrying capacity, durability, and organization. When users buy our independently chosen editorial picks, we may earn commissions to help fund the Wiki.
Editor's Notes
April 26, 2020:
While there hasn't been much in the way of turnover from GPS, it's important for us to make note of the fact that potential owners will need to figure out whether the guns they currently own will fit comfortably inside a given bag. This applies particularly in the case of the Rolling Handgunner, which is designed like a piece of rolling luggage and is very convenient for anyone with shoulder issues who still wants to shoot. The only problem is that it has a hard time accommodating handguns with barrels greater than four inches. That said, if your shoulder's healthy enough to handle the recoil from a weapon too big to fit in that bag, you might not need a roller.
We also added a new model to our special honors section, keeping it from the rest as it's not quite made with the same intention as the bulk of the company's range-designed offerings. This one is built more with preppers in mind, as it's a bug out bag with dedicated storage for a handgun or two, ammunition, and a few accessories, as well as an included suite of survival gear.
Special Honors
GPS Tactical Bugout If you're the prepper type, you'll deeply appreciate this model, which has been designed to accommodate a pair of handguns and all their attendant accessories with enough space left over for a variety of survival gear. It also come with a multitool, a flashlight, a lensatic compass, and a fixed blade survival knife to round out your kit. goutdoorsproducts.com
